Text tearing in LO Impress during slide animation transistions

The text tearing issue also seems to exhibit in LibreOffice Impress, as seen,
for example, in the transition between slides that involve animation in the
attached file, Electricfields Presentation. The text will appear blurry and
double-struck (giving the illusion of being boldface, albeit only temporarily).
Oddly enough, I have other files from different sources where the animated
slides do NOT exhibit this problem.
