Description:
Following update to LO 7.1.1.1 on Ubuntu 21.04 the autocorrect function stopped
working completely.  Resetting everything, even wiping the install and
reinstalling doesn't correct it.  It does not replace anything, nor will it
correct two initial capitals or capitalize the first letter of a sentence.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.type anything that should be corrected such as "TRacy said hello."  It will
not correct.

Highlighted as error

Expected Results:
should have autocorrected to "Tracy said..."


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes
