To be precise bug 117233 comment 12 gives several ideas: "So one solution can
be to make it more prominent. E.g. add it in in the section Bullet List /
Numbered List /... in the Styles menu. And add it to the drop-downs in the
toolbar in addition to the item "More Numbering" or give it an icon and add it
to the toolbar directly (command is ".uno:ContinueNumbering")." So a decision
is needed, but we shuld discuss this in bug 117233
