Dialogs and Cells

Hi, calc is very useful tool!
 I use calc in Japan.
I am very grateful for developers.

I found one little something like bug.
when I import text with "Import Text Dialog",
timestamp string will be shifted.

Original Text is like

 2021-02-20 15:46:19.01233
 2021-02-20 15:46:19.01233
 2021-02-20 15:46:19.01233

After I copied these lines ,I paste it on Calc.
Calc Open "Text Import Dialog".

The dialog display imported datas.That is correct;

But cells have shifted data
 25/02/21 15:46
 25/02/21 15:46
 25/02/21 15:46

When I used the Dialog , if I changed the type of data 'Standard' to
'Date(DMY)' or 'Date(MDY)' or 'Date(YMD)' ,
Cells will be have correct data.

Is this designed or ?

Please watch attachd file,too.
