Are you using LibreOffice version 6.4.6 on Ubuntu (from Ubuntu 20.04 base
repositories) and is it still the initial install of LibreOffice (i.e. you
never removed it and re-installed it)? If all "yes" - please check whether:

[1] dpkg --list | awk '/ii/&&/libreoffice/{print $2}' | sudo xargs apt purge
--yes
[2] sudo apt autoremove --yes
[3] sudo apt update --yes
[4] sudo apt install libreoffice libreoffice-sdbc-hsqldb --yes

fixes your problem.
