fwiw  probably not much coding would be required, because a TargetURL to
.uno:ContinueNumbering could give a separate command name, and there is already
a logic for when “continue previous numbering” is shown or not, so it is just
to add a mention to the new TargetURL as part of the existing logic for showing
"continue previous numbering" (basically being shown in the one situation where
"continue previous numbering" is not shown).  This point is not meant to
support the argument for multiple commands, but only to undercut the “more
coding” argument as a justification for one command.
