Sorry for the delay. I have missed the request since I was on my vacation.
Thankf for the reminding.

1. Open a LO Writer document.
2. Toggle Formatting marks with Ctrl+F10 to make them visible.
3. If the document is empty, add a line
4. At the end of the line you see the paragraph mark.
5. Try to select it, then copy, and then paste to any new place.

Expected result:

You should be able to select, copy and paste the paragraph mark.
After you have pasted it the new paragraph becomes all the formattings the
original paragraph have. 

 Actual result:

You can not even select the paragraph mark.
