Yes Winzip will unzip your file.

An ods/odt/odb... is in fact a zip file which contains a specific set of files.
So you can rename your ods/odt/odb... file in zip and unzip it with Winzip.

About 7zip, it's a free and opensource software see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7-Zip or https://www.7-zip.org/. It can
uncompress, zip, rar and other formats, bzip, arj, etc.
