Reproduced STR and generalized by using Customize to add "Edit Style" to Styles
menu, and added a keyboard shortcut to Edit (.uno:EditStyle) where it also does
not do anything from the menu or the shortcut.

(iow, problem is with .uno:EditStyle and not because it is a contextual menu)

It is possible however, to use contextual menu Modify command in Sidebar to
edit styles.

Also reproduced comment 1 using 6.3.6.2  (the sidebar is opened with the
appropriate cellstyle selected)  (but no editing dialog)
