Here is the formula we used to test performance:
=INDEX('file:///D:/Main Data Do not
Delete/Desktop/ZCA51.xlsx'#$Alt.$A$1:$C$1048576,MATCH(A5,'file:///D:/Main Data
Do not Delete/Desktop/ZCA51.xlsx'#$Alt.$B$1:$B$1048576,),3)

If need I could share my screen by remote, so it will help to resolve it
better.
