Summary: Toolbar shifts down when editing comment, causing all
cells to shift from under the mouse
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 7.0.4.2 release

OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED

Screencast
When I edit a comment, I've noticed that the display shifts down from under the
mouse. I've just been ignoring this, but it has been happening since v6.
Today I paid more attention, and it appears that the display shifts down
because the toolbar gets some extra buttons, presumably for use only in
comments.
However, I have an ultrawide monitor and there is more than enough space to
keep all toolbar buttons on the same row, and not cause that janky shift.
Maybe this hasn't been noticed because most users keep all the toolbar buttons
displayed? I've trimmed them to only those I actually use often enough to
justify taking up space.
