Insert table in Impress insert a huge table (cell size). It's was more decently
proportioned in the past

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. Insert table with picker

Actual Results:
Large cells

Expected Results:
Smaller cells similar to writer table (and same as in LibreOffice 5.0)


Reproducible: Always
