There are 2 pbs indicated here:
1) Impossible to create LO Writer document with the context menu
2) pb with spelling correction in pt-BR

Since 1 bugtracker per pb, let's focus on first one. (I'll change text title).

Meanwhile 7.0.4 has been released.

Please remove completely the former LO version, download and install 7.0.4 +
give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps
