Spelling Suggestions shortcuts

I work with documents that need a lot of spelling corrections but it cannot be
done automatically due to word context. 

For the sake of efficiency, could we have keyboard shortcuts in the spelling
suggestions popup (context menu)? This would be very helpful as I rely a lot
and use very frequently this feature.

I attached image of how I think it could be implemented. If the top ten
suggestions were made accessible via 0-9 shortcuts that would be great.
