Description:
Before installing 7.0.3. I used 
MultiFormatSave and
goQR.me Integration

Both don't work after update. The following message is given when trying to use
them:

Ein Scripting Framework Fehler trat während der Ausführung vom Basic Skript
vnd.sun.star.script:multiFormatSave.multiFormatSave.multiFormatSave?language=Basic&location=application
auf.

Meldung: The following Basic script could not be found:
library: 'multiFormatSave'
module: 'multiFormatSave'
method: 'multiFormatSave'
location: 'application'



The attempt to install any extension is cancelled with the message:


Extension(s) hinzufügen:
C:\Users\jk\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\lu113443i7k89.tmp_\goQR.oxt
existiert nicht.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Extension-Manager
2. Load Extension from Internet
3. Choose MultiFormatSave or goQR.me Integration

Actual Results:
Installation cancelled 
Extension(s) hinzufügen:
C:\Users\jk\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\lu113443i7k89.tmp_\goQR.oxt
existiert nicht.
