Description:
UI: Main toolbar lacking option to enable border for textbox in Draw/Impress
(contrary to Calc/Writer)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Click the Textbox
3. You can set the line color but not able the line itself (needs or sidebar or
dialog)

Actual Results:
Dialog or sidebar needed

Expected Results:
Same - consistent - behavior compared to Calc/Writer


Reproducible: Always
