Lots more headings style present after DOC to DOCX conversion making Update
index unusable 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://bz.apache.org/ooo/attachment.cgi?id=12592
2. Save as DOCX
3. Right click index -> Update index

Actual Results:
Index becoming a mess

Expected Results:
Not so


Reproducible: Always
