Description:
In formUpda.odt, the 1st page has a large space: try to fill it with text from
the 2nd page, where paragraph ‘AMPLITUDE’ has (Format>para) option KeepWithNext
On. Set it Off; Writer does not budge —why?.
        Do some edit, such as adding a line after BBBBB (A ‘small’ edit, like
inserting a character, won't do.): the bloc of text moves to the previous page
—finally. It should have done that before, as soon as KeepWithNext was set Off.

Actual Results:
no reformat until line added

Expected Results:
The change of an option like KeepWithNext should take effect immediately
