This is from a larger document. It has been trimmed, then trimmed more so it is
now much smaller. The original document exhibits the same behavior.

The original document was created some years ago. It uses complex extension
lines on dimensions. I don't remember how to create these extension lines, but
it was done with ordinary Visio operations.

I can look into seeing if I can re-create this kind of extension line.
