Description:
UI: Add footnotes and endnotes to context menu when right clicking footnote in
document area

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a footnote
3. Right click it -> No footnotes or endnotes in context menu
4. Click on the number in the footnote -> footnotes or endnotes in context menu

Actual Results:
Nothing in the context menu

Expected Results:
footnotes or endnotes in context menu


Reproducible: Always
