Description:
Unwanted scroll after pressing undo

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Cut Figure 1 frame
3. Paste it somewhere at yellow marking on same page
4. Press undo

Actual Results:
Scrolls to first page

Expected Results:
Staying on page 2


Reproducible: Always
