This is an autoresize textbox. Also it contains an empty paragraph before the
Main title and two after it.
PP seems to ignore more than 1 empty paragraphs (in this particular case at
least) when calculating font size, while Impress considers all of them equally.

PP: No empty para = 31 pt; 1 or more empty para = 28 pt font.
Impress: No empty para = 31 pt; 1 empty para = 18.8 pt; 2 empty para = 12.6 pt;
3 empty para = 9.6 pt font.
