Thanks for the report. Not totally following. The default anchoring is "to
character"

Is it possible to try to explain it again? If English being problematic, maybe
in German. 

" There could be A SPECIAL ROUTINE, that could be automatcally invoked, to
reorganise. PAGE ANCHORED Graphics to the "new (because inserted) numbers."
