A screenshot of non-Latin numbering choice for lists

This has always been possible. You may see the list of possibilities on the
screenshot of version 6.4 (to match your version) for normal lists; also it is
indeed available for all kinds of numerations elsewhere - list styles, page
numbering in page styles, chapter numbering, etc.

Closing INVALID, since there is no such problem in the program.
