Description:
        In numStuck.odt, both Numbering_3 parags are 0.
        Right-click the second one, choose
BulletsAndNumbering>ContinuePreviousNumbering: nothing happens.
        Hit Enter: new parag is #1, OK. But the previous one is still wrong.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open numStuck.odt; both Numbering_3 parags are 0.
2.Right-click the second one, choose
BulletsAndNumbering>ContinuePreviousNumbering
3.

Actual Results:
nothing happens.

Expected Results:
2nd 0 should become 1


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
