Images describing the issue

Hi! So I spent some time using both LO 7.0.4.2 and LO 7.2 alpha on kf5
(Kubuntu) and I can confirm that the rendering issue persists in both versions.
I attached a file with screenshots to better explain the issue.

I noted a few things that might be relevant:

1) The issue does not appear up-front. It takes some time for it to appear for
the first time. I noticed that if I just scroll up and down the file, nothing
wrong happens. The issue only appears after something has been edited. However,
the issue occurs seemingly at random and not very frequently.

2) When the issue happens on a given line (see attached ODG file for further
explanation), if I select the line the issue moves to the next line.

3) Sometimes, the rendering problem is a bit different (see also the attached
ODG file), Example 3. In this case, selecting the line does not fix rendering
and it does not move to the next line.
