Dear ：

    can you  follow  my action:

    1.  create 2  files for excel :  A.xls;  B.xls;

    2.  opten the files
    3.  use  need   use the menu

         insert ----->function ----vlookup

      from A.xls to B.xls;

     you will found the Error, TKS!
