SwViewOption::IsIgnoreProtectedArea() means Enable Cursor is checked on.

The TOX is protected because "Protected against manual changes". It probably is
done via a GetProtect() property.

But I will do no more here because only a Michael-Stahl-comparable person
should touch something like this.
