I tested with Linux's bibisect-43all, and the PDF produced by LO 3.5 did not
have any endnote linking in it when opened with Document Viewer.
(Some notes: Footnote linking worked in LO3.5 from text body to footnote only -
and it still works in 7.2+. Also, I had to use Document Viewer in Ubuntu 20.04
- 16.04 didn't work.)

I also tested with Word 2010.  The PDF produced by Word doesn't have any
linking at all.
