Description:
.xlsx dates 1/19/2021 and 1/20/2021 are shown correctly both by MS Excel and
Google Office.
LibreOffice shows them as 44215 and 44216.

Open Jan_Kratochvil.xlsx


Actual Results:
44215

Expected Results:
1/19/2021
