Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached file
2. Open said file with LO, and Word. 

Expected: both should have the same data
Actual outcome: the file opened in Word has missing characters.

I think this is an issue with Word? - on my system, document opens perfectly
fine in LO, 20 pages, 5417 words. Same for the exported pdf. On Word it's 26
pages, but ~5300 words. The pages might be a formatting issue. I can't do a
proper comparison, Word keeps crashing on this specific file.
