additional negative effect: macros contained in the file can't be executed,
macros  in the main library having the same name as siblings in the file are
inaccessible, 

possible workaround: setting <tools - options - libreofficedev - advanced -
open expert configuration - search 'macrosecuritylevel' - change from '2' to
'1'>
