Screenshot of the problem in Impress

When playing a video in Impress, the playback goes back to the placeholder
image while sound is continuously played. 
This only happens with Skia backend, not with GDI.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attachment 169242 (it contains an mpg video in a pptx file, but
also happens if I convert this to odp)
    2. Open the Properties sidebar, select the video on the slide
    3. Start playing the video, then move the cursor above the slide and click
on it OR out of the Impress window.

Actual results:
The video being played is replaced with the placeholder image.
Sound is continous.

Expected results:
Video played back normally.

Additional Information: 
I can only reproduce this with SI-GUI release builds, but not in bibisect
repos.
