Can it be that the change
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/109554 "Update all" should do a full
reformatting"
was pushed to LOdev 7.2 but not yet to LOdev 7.1.1 and LO 7.1.0?
I assume this change has solved the problem in LOdev 7.2.
