"Text Frame" in Navigator's Navigate By

While in tdf#128227 came an agreement to rename "Text Frame" to be just
"Frame". So, why we keep "Text Frame" in Navigator's Navigate By dropdown?


Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Writer's Navigator
2. Click "Navigate by" dropdown menu
