Description:
Image is resized horizontally after compress a cropped image.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With a blank file, import some image
2. Crop the image
3. Right click on selected cropped image
4. Select "Compress" and hit ok
5. See the image resizing horizontaly

Actual Results:
The image is compressed, but resized horizontally even if select to keep the
current dimension.
It happens with both .jpeg and .png type and all compression methods.

Expected Results:
Compress the image and keep the cropped image dimensions.

Additional Info:
If don't crop the image, this bug doesn't happen.
