Description:
Very simply the text input is very slow
On a fresh install
After restarting the computer
On a new Writer doc
Just start typing and some of the time it takes upwards of 1 whole second
before the text input updates
reverting to 7.0.6.2 fixed the problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

slow input

normal input

User Profile Reset: No
