It is hard to know what exactly were the original visual issues reported here,
but I tested in LO 7.2 beta1 and could only find the attributes mentioned in a
.fr1 CSS style, which is not even used in the rest of the document.

So as far as I understand it, the issue is now fixed. Closing as WFM.

Some extra issues with the example document could be reported separately (or
might already have been reported), like the lack of space before some formulas
objects, like Object3 and Object19.
