Example file from Writer

Attached example document contains an image with caption anchored as character.
When saved to docx the anchoring point moves from inside the paragraph to the
end of the paragraph, changing the position of the frame.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document
    2. Save as DOCX, reload in Writer or Word

Actual results:
Frame changes position, goes to the end of the second paragraph.
Separate testing shows that this does not affect drawing shapes and images,
only frames.

Expected results:
Frame should not change position.

LibreOffice details:
Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 0afa7e64d547a8f2a48402660acf5c95a468a0ab
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (hu_HU); UI: en-US

Also in 7.0, 6.0, 5.0, 4.0 – export crashes in 3.6.
