I can confirm the same for Windows 7 & 10/Linux Mint & Ubuntu SOs for adding
and deleting rows and/or columns left/right/above/below.
I tried to fix this bug by adding another font name before Liberation font in
the Expert Configuration (Tools → Options… → Advanced → Open Expert
Configuration) but the same problem occurs with the new font.
