Description:
Content area's like Recent document or the style list are flashing with a high
frequency, approx 20 cycles/sec.
It seems at random but i think that moving the mouse, or small accidental mouse
movements cause the flashing.
It seems that each input event causes a display update, while this is not
necessary.
Ths issue persistes now for several Libre office updates.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to recent ducument
2. Move the mouse
3.

Actual Results:
The content area flashes with a high frequncy.

Expected Results:
After returning back to the edit area, and closing the style list, it performs
normal.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
