Well the feature is already present (which I didn't know); another story is
exposing the existence :P.

I'm was more thinking about easy 'toggle' in the toolbar/ tabbed bar

My intension was to have an option to quickly turn it on/off temporarily (while
composingslides ). Tools options is pretty permanent (and surely easy to
forget).

Aside from the part of being framed in the context of "Accessibility". Which
isn't the context why I intended to use it. At I associate this more in context
of say epilepsy 

But well putting it in the toolbar (or menu) obviously a discussion point. I
think it might be a helpful feature, but you can say its bloating the interface

Adding it to the customization area would be a help too.. (Tools -> Customize)
