Misaligned caption name in caption frame after DOCX/DOC export

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save to DOCX/DOC
3. File reload

Actual Results:
Note the font work frame missing caption (s

Expected Results:
Frame not squeezed in a way that the caption isn't readable anymore
