DRAW-window after first inserted image

Open LO and create a new DRAW-document.
Do nothing else but Insert → Image.
Parts of the page-background will disappear, buttons of the left will disappear
also.

You will get all back when moving with mouse over the positions where buttons
should be. You could also move the image to get the background in the main
window.

Seems this only appears directly after opening DRAW and insert an image. Have
tested this after creating one page with DRAW and it won't appear in the next
document again. Then closed LO, reopened - and again it looks like the
screenshot.

Tested with OpenSUSE 15.2 64bit rpm Linux.
Version: 7.2.0.1 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 32efc3b7f3a71cfa6a7fa3f6c208333df48656cc
CPU threads: 6; OS: Linux 5.3; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
