Let's move this one into enhancement and confirm it since download.lst
contains:
export HARFBUZZ_TARBALL := harfbuzz-2.6.0.tar.xz
and website https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HarfBuzz indicates last stable 2.8.2

Khaled: thought you might be interested in this one since it concerns Harfbuzz.
