I am testing locally.But V Stuart Foote could you upload some a simple doc
covering most of the cases you have mentioned?

I have already tweaked to combine the space chars (which will result in the
using of the same font as its previous non-space char), and I also managed to
remove the line-break (\n) char. The concatenating of Chinese chars is still an
issue, but I am a Chinese, so I am thinking about this but I need some time to
understand the staff suggested by Armin Le Grand first.
