This is not correct. "Attributes" of paragraph are *always* transferred; those
of *list* are never transferred. A list may appear in the target only as result
of *paragraph* settings referring to a list style, so only as a part of
applying *paragraph* properties.
Note that lists may be applied directly, or referenced from paragraph styles.
That is the difference here.
This is to clarify, and avoid misconceptions, not to oppose.
