In dictionaries/pt_BR/dialog, there are these files:
- OptionsDialog.xcs
- OptionsDialog.xcu
- pt_BR_pt_BR.default
- pt_BR_pt_BR.properties
- pt_BR.xdl
+ directory "registry"

I suppose we need to add pt_BR_en_US.properties with translations like in
dictionaries/ru_RU/dialog
