I've taken a look at oxygen theme, downloaded the oxt, renamed in into zip,
unzipped it, I found no specific author, just "The LibreOffice Design Team".
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Design/Team then searched about "oxygen",
nothing.
Anyway, if for each translation of each extension, people must contact the
author of the extension, it won't be easy to get some results. I don't if it's
possible and don't know at Silverstripe, but it would be great to link Weblate
to the translation part of Silverstripe.
