Description:
When Skia is disabled: When you enter text in LibreOfficeWriter, spelling
errors are highlighted twice: black bold and red wavy on top of black. This
error is not observed if you use Skia. Also, the same problem is observed when
you open any text document without using Skia.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In LibreOffice click "tools". Then click "options" and then click "view"
2.Remove the check mark from "Use Skia for all rendering". Click "apply" then
"restart Now"
3.Click "Writer Document"
4.enter the text: "Big red doggggv"


Actual Results:
The word "doggggv" is underlined with a double line: black bold line and red
wavy line

Expected Results:
The word "doggggv" is underlined with red wavy line
